Ruahine Kindergartens is a not-for-profit Association governed by a Board, which is elected by our community.
Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Association lies with the CEO and Central Office team.
Kindergartens and Early Learning centres are led by a Head Teacher or Centre Manager, supported by a team of qualified and registered teachers, Administrators and Teacher Aides. Our Home-Based service is led by a Home-Based Coordinator, supported by a team of Educators.
Alison Rudzki - Chief Executive OfficerAlison is the Licensee of all Ruahine Kindergartens, Early Learning and Home-Based in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education Early Childhood Regulations 2008. She has overall responsibility for all aspects of the Association, running this within the policy guidelines set by the Board. |

Salaa Levao - Finance AdministratorLa'a works closely with our Kindergartens, Early Learning Centres and Home-Based to ensure our finance systems run smoothly.

Jill Brider- Facilities and Finance AdministratorJill looks after all the facilities and assets in the Ruahine Kindergarten Association. She is also part of the Finance team providing support where needed.

Carrissa Hirst - Senior Human Resources AdvisorCarrissa makes sure Ruahine Kindergarten Association remains a preferred and fair employer. She manages recruitment and employment systems for all staff and provides specialist advice and support. |

Michelle Atger - Payroll & Infocare ManagerMichelle ensures all our 200+ staff get paid and is also responsible for the operation of Infocare - the system used to comply with Ministry of Education reporting requirements, which enables us to receive Government funding. |

Robyn Vine-Adie - Senior TeacherKia ora, Ko Robyn Vine-Adie tōku ingoa. Within RKA I visit our settings to support teachers to deliver quality teaching and learning for ngā tamariki. I also support the induction of new teachers; guide team development and wellbeing and coordinate the provision of continuous professional development for all teachers. I’m so lucky to have such and interesting and exciting role in RKA. |

Bonita Anderson - Marketing ExecutiveBonita co-ordinates all marketing collateral, manages our signage and social media. |

Katrina Ives - Human Resources and Events CoordinatorKatrina works closely with the Senior HR Advisor on a wide range of Human Resource activities. She also supports Robyn in the organisation of continuous professional development for teachers and is the secretary of our Health & Safety Management and Staff Committee meetings. |
