About Lynne

I am a mother of five children, 21yrs,19yrs,15yrs,14yrs and last but not least our son who is 3. I'm also soon to be a Gran in October.

My husband, 3 youngest children and I live in rural Kimbolton on a lifestlye block with a cow, small dog, and two kittens.

I have had over 6 years experience as a home based caregiver for Barnardos and I am excited to be joining the RKA team.

I am currently studying my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education extramural.

I believe children learn through play and and I have a range of resources to support your child’s development and extend their interests. We have a wonderful warm, safe and spacious character home with toys, crafts, puzzles, books, a fenced outside playground with swings, a slide, a sandpit and a wood working table. Within my program I will provide opportunities for fun messy country play. Baking, growing plants, reading books, arts and crafts, physical activities, water play and play dough, music.

Seasonal caring and feeding of baby animals, lambs / calves will also be available for the children to watch or participate.

I am passionate, and have strengths with caring for under twos and will be attending the Kimbolton Early Learning Centre play group on Thursdays. I am happy to support and visit with any children under two looking at enrolling at the center. The children I care for become a part of our family, I aim to provide a home away from home so children feel happy, safe and secure.
